How you pay

Payment is in crypto — BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL and more. You get an invoice with a locked rate, an exact amount and its own address. Your balance is prepaid, and one month is taken from it at a time.

Billing and cancellation

King Chat is prepaid and monthly. You top up a balance, and each month of service is drawn from it — there is no contract, no commitment, and no automatic charge: nothing is ever taken from you without you sending it. You can stop whenever you want. A month that has started is not refundable; whole months you have not used, and any remainder too small to buy a month, are refunded on request. Ask within 30 days of stopping, in writing, from the email address on the account; we send the refund back to the address the payment came from within 7 days, minus the network fee. A refund closes the account and settles it in full, and we honour one refund per agency. Accounts closed for non-payment, shared access or resale are not refunded.
